On August 13, 2020, T&T Group officially implement construction of a complex commercial - service - entertainment center project in the center of Hai Duong city, Hai Duong province.
Hai Duong city is recognized as a grade I city in 2019 and continues gradually rising to become a center of economic and urban growth of the country. However, this city still lacks of entertainment center, trade centers and services to meet the increasing demand of local people.
After the survey, design and documentation, T&T Group has officially implemented the construction of a complex trade - service - entertainment center at No. 2 Thong Nhat Street, Le Thanh Nghi Ward, Hai Duong city. The work is built on an area of ​​nearly 8,000 m2, 15 floors and 1 basement with a total investment of about 800 billion VND.
The land for this project previously was the commercial center of Hai Duong province, favorite shopping mall of the local people with very convenient location, but it was a big fire and then everything was demolished in 2013. Since then, the land is still left as a vacant land. Until 2019, Hai Duong provinces authority held a public auction of land lease rights for project construction.
T&T recently donated 6.1 billion VND to three provinces that are struggling to fight the Covid-19 epidemic such as Da Nang, Quang Nam, and Quang Ngai, raise the total amount of charity fund from this group for Covid-19 to nearly 60 billions VND.
