According to Decision No. 336/QD-HĐQT SHB, Mr. Do Quang Vinh, Head of Digital Banking Division and Deputy Director of Retail Banking Division will take up the position of Deputy General Director of SHB from October 30, 2021.
Mr. Do Quang Vinh has a Master's degree in Finance and Administration at the University of East Anglia, UK. He has held many senior management positions in the field of finance and banking at prestigious domestic and foreign organizations. Born in 1989, Mr. Do Quang Vinh has become the youngest Deputy General Director of SHB, considered one of the winds of change, playing an important role in many digital and modern transformation projects.
